Indian head massage is a great stress buster, and although it is called a head massage I actually incorporate the back, neck, shoulders and arms. I carry out this treatment whilst you are lying on my extremely comfortable massage couch, as opposed to seated. I find you are able to relax more within the treatment and are more comfortable. If however you prefer sitting in a standard chair then I can of course accommodate this.
