Crystal healing is a holistic method and works both on the physical, emotional and spiritual level.
Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet. It’s based on a theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems. I believe that applying pressure to these reflex points on the feet offers a range of health benefits.
Crystal reflexology combines these 2 therapies above and uses the actual crystals to perform the reflexology. Crystal therapy is a non-invasive, relaxing, natural and enjoyable process. Whether you believe in the physical healing properties of crystals or not, the therapy itself will offer you a chance to lie back, relax and get in touch with your body’s energies so you can leave feeling refreshed, restored and de-stressed – a perfect platform for improved physical health.
I use high quality cleansed and reiki infused crystals, and these are formed in the earth. They are mined in various countries and can be rough or smooth, from different levels within the ground. As such each one vibrates at it’s own unique frequency. There are many crystals and gemstones that appropriately selected can help with many ailments.
Using a crystal to perform the reflexology, as well as placing the crystals on, around and underneath the body, can bring about a completely different reflexology experience for you (my client). You may feel a wave of peace, or knowing. You may experience a release of something you’ve been holding onto for a while. The effects for each person, from each crystal, are always different. Some sessions you may feel absolutely nothing, yet subtle things will always be going on resulting in an extremely powerful treatment.

Amethyst is said to be incredibly protective, healing, and purifying. It’s claimed it can help rid the mind of negative thoughts and bring forth humility, sincerity, and spiritual wisdom.
Red Carnelion restores vitality and motivation, and stimulates creativity. It gives courage, promotes positive life choices, dispels apathy and motivates for success. Carnelian helps in trusting yourself and your perceptions
Rose Quartz purifies and opens the heart at all levels to promote love, self-love, friendship, deep inner healing and feelings of peace. Calming and reassuring, it helps to comfort in times of grief. Rose Quartz dispels negativity and protects against environmental pollution, replacing it with loving vibes.
Sodalite brings emotional balance and calms panic attacks. It enhances self-esteem, self-acceptance and self-trust. Sodalite balances the metabolism, boosts the immune system and overcomes calcium deficiencies. It combats radiation damage by soaking up electromagnetic smog.
