You will lie fully clothed on my wonderful warmed couch, covered in blankets, completely relaxed and comfortable. I will work with my warm healing hands, in combination with the cooling crystals, the combination of the warmth and coolness feel amazing. The treatment will be completed with a mini scalp massage
The face, like the hands and feet, provides a great way to read what is going on within the body. Our face is our most visible feature and you can often tell when someone is feeling tired, stressed, anxious or a glowing picture of health simply by looking at them!
Areas of your face are connected to different parts of your body via the nervous system, it is believed that stimulating or calming these reflexes can enhance the body’s own natural healing processes.
Facial Reflexology allows the entire body to receive a treatment through the face. A range of massage movements and therapeutic Reflexology techniques are used to calm, relax, and gently stimulate out of balance reflexes on the face to encourage balance and self-healing.
Express Facial Reflexology £40|30 mins
Bergman Method – Relieving stress for health and well being
This is an express facial Reflexology session working on 12 reflex points to reduce stress. This is a remarkable treatment in that t is just so relaxing that many many clients are asleep within 5 minutes of the treatment starting.
We have been trained by Ziggie Bergman the founder of The Bergman Method of Facial Reflexology and Winner of the Excellence Award for Innovation in modern Facial Reflexology who created Bergman Method Facial Reflexology which is built on a combination of Native American techniques and Asian body maps that chart the reflex points on the face, combined with Zone Theory. The face’s proximity to the brain is key to the effectiveness of manipulating facial reflex points which directly connect to the body’s neuro-pathways. Facial Reflexology can be a wonderful therapy to help identify reflexes out of balance and to help your clients improve their health and well-being.
