Reflexology Therapy | £55.00 p/h
Reflexology therapy is a holistic treatment which means it treats the whole person. It is a wonderful way to relax and relieve the stresses and strains of a busy life. It is now thought that 75-80% of illness is currently caused by stress, it is important that people take responsibility for their own health and reflexology is a fantastic starting point. Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy, based on the idea that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body. As a therapist, I work holistically with my clients and aim to work alongside allopathic healthcare to promote better health.
I have found that reflexology is a wonderful treatment for treating migraines and headaches, especially hormonal one. I have had fantastic results with my clients particularily in this field amongst many other health conditions, digestive issues, stress and anxiety. I have also found that Reflexology is amazing for stilling the mind. If you have a bit of a monkey mind that just keeps on going through your regular treatments you may find that Reflexology is the treatment for you to still the mind and get some peace.
There are a large number of benefits to a reflexology session, which include :
- reducing stress and anxiety
- reducing pain
- lifts mood
- improving general well-being
- boosts immune system
- relief from colds and bacterial infections
- clear up sinus issues
- recovering from back problems
- correcting hormonal imbalances
- improve digestion
- ease arthritis pain
- treat nerve problems and numbness from cancer drugs (peripheral neuropathy)

I have been coming to see Jacqui for around 6 months now, originally for migraines. Jacqui started reflexology on me and I have not had 1 headache since. I cannot recommend her services enough. I now book in monthly for her monthly offers that she runs. Such a lovely welcoming person and thoroughly enjoys her job. She has also become a great friend. 10/10 xx Kimberley, Ickenham.
