best move you made and such a beautiful part of the Country
We’re so lucky to have you as part of our Tuesday team Jacqui ☺️
Every Tuesday, you will find me in the heart of Lymington @thelymingtonchiropracticclinic offering holistic therapies for all.
Holistic Massage is one of my favourite treatments; I think because it was the first modality I trained in in 1993!!
My style of massage is all about calming and de-stressing the mind and the body using a combination of techniques to melt the muscles and ease away tensions.
As an Aromatherapist, I can enhance your session with essential oils suitable for you that day.
Bookings can be made directly with the clinic

What a gorgeous start to the day yesterday. A Craniosacral Session for this gorgeous boy after he had his jabs this week.
How super chilled out does he look?
This is his second treatment from me, and both times he has responded so beautifully 🥰
CST is such a wonderful therapy for babies, toddlers and adults; in fact, all of us 🙂
Babies often receive CST treatments to treat things like
Sleeping issues
Unusual crying
Colic
Developmental disorders (e.g autism and ADHD)
Feeding issues
Tongue Tie
Difficult Birth
Torticolis

A wonderful day of fabulous Holistic and Pregnancy Massages @thelymingtonchiropracticclinic today.
I offer a wonderfully relaxing, yet deep massage, flowing movements working deeply into areas of tension. Working on all the systems of the body, I can loosen tensions, increase blood supply, calm the heart rate, increase lymph flow, increase detoxification, calm the nervous system and slow and deepen breathing, as well as many other beneficial effects on the body.
I will always spend time at the beginning of a treatment with a consultation to establish your needs for that day for your treatment. One type of massage does not fit all, and I will tailor your treatment to fit your needs and what I feel you need that day.
As an Aromatherapist, I will quite often blend oils to complement your treatment. I can use a plain base oil if you prefer.

Always good to have you in clinic Jacqui - pregnancy massages are such a treat. 😁
We have our Drumming Circle in West Harrow coming up on 2nd September, 7-9pm. Lucy @nurturing.tranquillity and I have been running these for over 3 years, and they have filled us with so much joy.
This will be the last one we shall be facilitating together; Lucy will continue the circles on her own, thankfully, as they are just so magical.
Anyway, if you have contemplated coming and never quite got round to it, or even not been for a while, it would be so lovely to see you for our last one together.
You can pay cash on the night, £12.50, but please let me know you are coming, or you can use this link.

Looking forward to creating some magical drumming with you soon 🙂

Stunning picture Jaq ♥️
Hi, sadly cant make the 2nd sep , what date will the next session be please x
Reflexology Signature Treatment is an indulgent treatment fusing together our healing holistic reflexology alongside the relaxation of facial reflexology, to bring about a deep state of relaxation and calm.
Foot Reflexology is a non-invasive therapy based on the system of reflex areas on the feet to reflect the body. We apply gentle pressure to help to release any blockages along the energy pathways and stimulate the flow of energy to the corresponding body part.
Restoring the balance of the body, physically, spiritually and emotionally.
Facial Reflexology focuses on the reflex areas on the face. Similar to Foot Reflexology, by stimulating areas on the face, it can help stimulate the body’s healing mechanism. By stimulating the facial reflex points, this can boost the immune system and improve concentration.
This 90-minute treatment will be designed around you and your needs on the day of your treatment, which means it changes to suit your needs.
This is one of my super popular treatments and usually has my client purring away by the end of it 🥰
