Established in 1993, Swakeleys Massage & Reflexology Therapies is quite simply the place to relax, revive, and re-energise. Founder Jacqueline Dark offers a holistic healing approach to wellbeing and women's health issues, including fertility and pregnancy, menopause, and menstrual symptoms, using natural therapies.
Jacqueline's high-quality treatments are personally tailored to your needs to enhance your wellbeing and quality of life, all within a calming and tranquil environment offering complete relaxation. She specialises in fertility, menopause, pregnancy, and postnatal massage, maternity, menopause, and fertility reflexology.
Pregnancy massage can include anything from a full body Swedish massage to light massage work that might include circulatory work, reflexology, or cranio-sacral therapy. While fertility massage therapy is a way to bring the body back into harmony, to balance mind, body, and spirit using beautiful healing massage techniques, focusing on the reproductive and digestive systems of the body. By nurturing each of these areas, fertility can be enhanced.
Jacqueline has a passionate interest in essential oils and aromatherapy and strongly believes in their effect on the body and emotional state. She blends her high-quality oils for every treatment.

On a Thursday, I work from a beautiful treatment room in the heart of Denham, Bucks, at Garden Cottage Reflexology with plenty of street parking outside. Easily accessible by car and not within the ULEZ area.

Reflexology Signature Treatment is an indulgent treatment fusing together our healing holistic reflexology alongside the relaxation of facial reflexology, to bring about a deep state of relaxation and calm.
Foot Reflexology is a non-invasive therapy based on the system of reflex areas on the feet to reflect the body. We apply gentle pressure to help to release any blockages along the energy pathways and stimulate the flow of energy to the corresponding body part.
Restoring the balance of the body, physically, spiritually and emotionally.
Facial Reflexology focuses on the reflex areas on the face. Similar to Foot Reflexology, by stimulating areas on the face, it can help stimulate the body’s healing mechanism. By stimulating the facial reflex points, this can boost the immune system and improve concentration.
This 90-minute treatment will be designed around you and your needs on the day of your treatment, which means it changes to suit your needs.

I had a client this week at my Lymington Clinic who had been recommended to come for Reflexology by her neighbour where she used to live (which by chance was Ickenham!). She googled Fertility Reflex near her, and my details came up in Lymington, so she booked in.
How random that she chose to come to see me; not only did I know her neighbour but also her mum, who I had actually worked with many years ago! What a small world.

as it seems to me, has been one of the most widespread & least talked about issues when it comes to women's health.
